Darryl Winegar

Darryl is an accomplished operations and sales leader with over 25 years of experience in human capital, communication, and performance. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Capital Holding Group, Darryl has a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting challenging deadlines. Darryl has held various leadership roles, including QC Manager for Capital Materials, COO at Midwest Products Group and President at Midwest Block and Brick, where his responsibilities demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, executive development, and organizational change. Darryl's versatile and transferable skills have enabled them to adapt quickly to new roles and navigate significant growth and improvement across multiple locations and departments. One of his current passions is leading and building concepts within Capital to focus on our commitment to employee development and being a Learning Organization.  Darryl holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Marketing from Lincoln University.
