With over 20 years of industry experience, including roles as an APAC plant manager and equipment manager, Robbie brings a wealth of knowledge to the Capital team. His leadership style is characterized by kindness, hard work, and passion– he is consistent in these values, fostering a culture of men and women who strive for the same.
Robbie's unwavering commitment to completing tasks and inspiring his colleagues has been instrumental in the success of our asphalt, hauling, and equipment operations. Robbie holds a degree from State Technical College of Missouri, further enhancing his technical proficiency in the field.

Jamie Jones
Jamie Jones, with over 20 years of experience on the Capital team, serves as the General Manager of our Aggregate division. His diverse roles within the company have provided him with extensive operational knowledge of the aggregates industry. Jamie's hard-working nature helps him lead our growing aggregates team through ever-changing markets and economic conditions.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Missouri S&T and serves as a Board Member for the Missouri Limestone Producers Association.

Darryl Winegar
Darryl is an accomplished operations and sales leader with over 25 years of experience in business management, communications, and organizational performance. Currently serving as the General Manager of Construction Services for Capital Holding Group, Darryl has a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting challenging deadlines. Darryl has held various leadership roles, including QC Manager for Capital Materials, COO at Midwest Products Group and President at Midwest Block and Brick, where his responsibilities demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, executive development, and organizational change. Darryl's versatile and transferable skills have enabled them to adapt quickly to new roles and navigate significant growth and improvement across multiple locations and departments. One of his current passions is leading and building concepts within Capital to focus on our commitment to employee development and being a Learning Organization. Darryl holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Marketing from Lincoln University.

Casey Castrop serves as the Safety Director for Capital Holding Group, bringing 26 years of extensive industry experience. His background includes roles as safety manager, transportation manager, project manager, and general superintendent. Casey's diverse experience, combined with his bachelor's degree in safety management, makes him an exceptional leader in safety.
Casey's dedication to implementing and executing safe practices within our family of companies has led to proven success. His strong work ethic and ability to lead our safety team with loyalty and trust have been instrumental in maintaining a culture of safety across our operations.

Tyler Smith, our VP of Construction Operations, brings 25 years of diverse construction industry experience to Capital. His background in design engineering and construction has equipped him to successfully manage our vertically integrated team. Tyler oversees a team of project managers, superintendents, and tradesmen, completing a variety of heavy civil construction contracts.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is a licensed professional engineer in Missouri and Colorado. His approach emphasizes collaboration, quality, and integrity. Tyler excels at maximizing project scope through innovative solutions that balance time and cost considerations.
