John has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to Capital through his reliability, leadership, and willingness to step into new challenges. His willingness to step up and support the launch of our new concrete plant is a great example of that commitment. By bringing his experience and expertise in concrete operations to this new endeavor, he will play an important role in helping establish a successful operation while mentoring and supporting a new crew. Over the past 10 years, John has been a key contributor at the Rocky Fork Asphalt Plant. Whether working alongside new hires or experienced employees, his influence has left a lasting impact on the team as he consistently sets a high standard for those around him.

Willy has consistently been a strong advocate for Capital in his role as a Foreman for our Paving and Construction team. His loyalty shows in the teams he builds and the way he recruits, trains, and mentors people who strengthen our organization. Through his leadership, he has developed one of the top-performing crews in the company, capable of taking on some of our most challenging projects. He regularly works across division lines to support CPC’s overall success, always putting the company first. Just as importantly, he is deeply committed to his crew, genuinely cares for his team members, and leads with a solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

Bob joined Capital Sand Company in January 1977 as a Boat Pilot, hired by Mike and Bud Farmer. Over the course of an incredible 48-year career, Bob played a vital role in shaping our company, leading by example and serving with great dedication until his retirement at the end of 2025. His steady leadership, commitment to excellence, and deep-rooted loyalty have left a lasting mark on Capital Sand Company and on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Kerri recently celebrated 10 years with Farmer Companies Accounting Team, and her impact over the years has been nothing short of exceptional. She has excelled in multiple roles, approaching every task with quality, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done right. Her ability to take on a wide range of responsibilities and work seamlessly across departments has made her an invaluable part of the Capital team.
